BONHATA Stars of the Industry Awards honors 43 outstanding individuals in the tourism industry
Kralendijk, Bonaire – The Bonaire Hotel and Tourism Association (BONHATA) hosted another edition of its Stars of the Industry Awards at the Divi Flamingo Beach Resort on December 7th. This event celebrated the exceptional contributions of individuals in the tourism industry, highlighting their excellence and commitment to enhancing Bonaire’s status as a leading tourist destination.
During the ceremony, BONHATA recognized these individuals for their extraordinary dedication and professionalism. Nominees and winners were presented with eco-friendly, sustainable wooden trophies, symbolizing their achievements while highlighting the island’s commitment to environmental sustainability. In addition to the trophy, each nominee received a gift card, and the winners were awarded a wonderful prize sponsored by Maduro and Curiel’s Bank.
The awards were presented by key industry leaders, including Veroesjka de Windt, CEO of BONHATA, Miles Mercera, CEO of Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB), and Phar Marta, Director of the Chamber of Commerce. Their participation underscored the collaborative environment within Bonaire’s tourism sector.
