On October 9th, we hosted our final Masterclass of the year, in collaboration with Gamma IT Solutions and special guest HR expert, Disaeny Molina. This session focused on Gamma IT Solutions’ HR software, Payroll Pro HRM, and explored practical solutions for HR-related challenges in the workplace.
The Masterclass began with an introduction to Gamma IT Solutions and their HRM and payroll software, Payroll Pro. Disaeny Molina then shared valuable insights on topics including the employee journey, key HR theoretical models, the impact of organizational culture, and the importance of engagement and growth.
A big thank you to everyone who attended the Masterclass and joined Tourism After 5. We hope it was both productive and enjoyable.

Although this was our last Masterclass of the year, it is certainly not our last event. We look forward to seeing all BONHATA members at the Annual General Meeting on November 5. The official invitation will follow soon.
